Fall rental special on classic and deluxe cabins: $99/nt classic cabin rental, 2-night minimum (normally $149/nt). $125/nt deluxe cabin rental, 2-night minimum (normally $189/nt). All cabins have private bath and shower, and are non-smoking/no-pets. Use of lodge hot tub and sauna included. Sheep Mountain Lodge is located about 2.5 hours drive northeast of Anchorage (we are about 1.5 hours past Palmer).   Lodge restaurant will be closed after Sept. 14, 2008.  Kitchen cabins (deluxe) are available and make for a fun family getaway. 

 

The Matanuska Glacier is 10 minutes away. Trails from the lodge are excellent for fall hiking, mtn. biking and berry picking.
